Info about my commission process

When you contact me for a commission, I will need:- a summary of what you’re looking for;- references. The more of them, the better for me, so don’t be afraid to send as many as you want!- specifics if you have any (canvas size, details about the character(s) I can’t see from the references, a specific palette color, etc).
After I receive all of this information we can discuss about the price of your commission.
You can take a look at my prices here!I will require the payment after the Sketching Phase and won’t continue the commission until I receive the money.



When working on a commission, I follow these steps:

  • Sketching Phase : here I procede to sketch everything you asked me to put in your commission. This is the only phase in which you can ask for major revisions (ex: changes in composition or characters);

  • Lineart Phase : once I receive the payment, I start doing the lineart. You can ask for all the changes you want, as long as they’re not big (ex: you don’t like how I drew the character’s hair? We’ll change it together, no worries);

  • Coloring Phase : after the lineart is approved, I put the base colors. If you need a specific color palette, tell me beforehand! Here I accept only color revisions;

  • Lighting Phase : after the flat colored illustration is approved, if the client asked for a full color illustration I work on finishing the commission with shadows and lights. Here I accept both color and lights revisions.



I send to the commissioner the .PNG file of the illustration, with 300 DPI. If you need another format, please tell me.
All my commissions come with my signature in them - please don’t remove it!I provide updates at every step I need, but feel free to contact me whenever you need to.I usually need a few days to finish a commission, but it happened that I took more time. If you have a deadline, notify me in advance!


You can use your commission on social medias as long as you give me credits (both tagging me or linking my carrd are fine).

Payments and Refunds

  • I accept Payments via PayPal or Ko-Fi;

  • I accept payments in € EUR.

  • I can do accomodations in specific contexts. If you need anything tell me, I’ll see if we can make it work out;

  • Since I request the payment after the Sketching Phase, I don’t do refunds. You can cancel your commission if you’re not satisfied with the sketch, but once I start working for your commission I will keep the money;

  • For Sketch commission, the payment is required before I start and there is no refund option;

  • In the event where I must cancel a commission for personal reasons, I will obviously provide a full refund;

  • If you see a mistake after I sent you the commission, I will correct it free of charge, so feel free to reach out to me!

Other info

  • I am the copyright owner of my artwork and require crediting if you use my illustrations.

  • The client is the copyright owner of their original characters and character designs. I will never claim to own the character or to be the designer (if I'm not).

  • I will probably post the commission on my social medias - if you don't want to just let me know.

  • I do not consent my work to be sold for NFT or used for commercial use.

  • You can repost your commission without asking me, but please credit me.

  • I have the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason.

  • I don’t allow my art to be used in or for AIs.

  • The client CANNOT claim my artwork as their own.

  • The client must be available to communicate with me on social media or through e-mail.

  • The client is free to use and print the commissioned piece for PERSONAL purposes.

  • I do not allow my art to be used for commercional purposes unless otherwise stated.

  • I am a DIGITAL artist. I don’t do traditional art commissions.
